"As it turns out, the Netherlands is also a hotbed of Agama Yoga, with two teachers bringing teachings to the Dutch! In Delfgauw, Melissa has been happily teaching Agama for five years, grateful to be part of the international Agama teaching family and currently offering classes three times per week.

She will start two new Yoga courses in January, one focused on the chakras and a second 10-week course exploring the yamas and niyamas.

She will also teach a special class Dec 16 as part of an annual charitable campaign, with proceeds benefiting the Red Cross to help children in war-ravaged countries. In addition,
